My work also extends into the broader corporate landscape — where men and women alike are driving strategic initiatives, shaping performance cultures, and evolving as leaders. To foster collective growth, I created the “Lead Without Armor” Workshop Series — a facilitated group experience where diversity, vulnerability, and shared wisdom fuel transformation. It’s a space where leaders gather not to impress, but to grow — together.

I also speak to audiences across industries on topics like Value Alignment, Overcoming Setbacks, Authentic Leadership, and Resilience. Each talk is tailored to meet your audience where they are — and move them toward where they want to be.

My professional background spans industries and disciplines — from personal training and nutrition, to franchise development and project management, to healthcare staffing and contracting. Today, I serve as a Senior Director of Customer Success in the third-party testing industry, leading client services, account management, and quality control teams with a focus on excellence, empathy, and results.

On a personal note, I’m a proud mom to my beautiful daughter, Banks. She was the spark behind this journey — the reason I stepped out in faith to build something bold, meaningful, and true.
